Fucking idiot parents who grew up never taking responsibility for their actions need to learn not to blame others for their own failings as both a person and a parent. No, there is absolutely nothing wrong with parents and advocacy groups asking a large corporation to change, however, blackmail is not an appropriate method to inflict change. No, there is absolutely nothing wrong with a large corporation working with parents and advocacy groups to make processed foods healthier.

Parents: if you do not want your kids to eat sugary, unhealthy, fatty foods, then:
JUST SAY NO.

The first snow of 2007. And what did we get? Not more than a half inch. That melted by noon. Ah, well, little did I know that less than six hours after it all melted, we would have six more inches of snow, this time being just as bad as the snowstorm that hit Seattle in November. Traffic snarled all to hell, and major accidents all over the highways and freeways. I wonder if I will be called in to work early tomorrow. Probably not, since I don't start until three anyway, and it's a longer shift. I wonder if I might be able to call in due to ice... Probably not on that front also, but I'll need the money soon, so I'd better not.

And now to get back to having a real life.
